Labour holds Washington & Sunderland West, better-than-expected again

Labour has held Washington & Sunderland West, which is a better-than-expected result and reinforces the notion that Tories may fall short of a majority. 

Results were Lab: 60.7% (+5.8), Con: 28.8% (+10.0), UKIP: 6.8% (-12.8), LDem: 2.4% (-0.3), Grn: 1.3% (-1.7)
