US: Annual Pending Home Sales fall 9.0% in January

FXStreet (Barcelona) - The US Annual Pending Home Sales dropped 9.0% in January, following a 8.8% decline in December, the National Association of Realtors reported on Friday.

Month-over-month Pending Home Sales grew 0.1%, compared with the 5.8% drop the previous month and below forecasts of +2.0%.
